Avoid smoking and alcohol for up to 6 weeks after surgery.

Care after breast reduction surgery
\u2022 To draw drains (if you have drains), go to the clinic 2 days after the operation and take a bath one day after the drains come out. Please do not wash the surgical site with shampoo or soap under any circumstances and only with water.
Avoid strenuous activity for 2 months, but absolute rest is not necessary.
