(A low-salt and low-fat diet should be observed for up to 6 months.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- Avoiding constipation by consuming plenty of liquids and fresh fruits and vegetables, and if necessary, using laxatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- Avoiding smoking and alcohol for at least 4 weeks after the operation, especially in combination with painkillers and sleeping pills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- Avoid taking aspirin and blood anticoagulants for 2 weeks after the operation, except with the coordination of the doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6- As soon as you start walking as soon as possible after the operation, it will reduce the swelling and reduce the possibility of clot formation in your legs (at least 3 times a day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7- It is better to walk bent over in the first 2 weeks. This will reduce the amount of secondary pain and discomfort, as well as the high pressure on the surgical incision and the possibility of opening the edges of your wound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8- Avoid driving until you have regained full range of motion in all directions of your shoulders and arms and you are using painkillers and sleeping pills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9- The time to return to work is usually between 2 and 4 weeks after the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10- When going to the bathroom, someone must be by your side to know that your condition is stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11- Avoid touching the wound directly with water pressure during the bath and do not apply shampoo or soap to the wound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12- Avoid being in the bathtub or going to the swimming pool in 4 to 6 weeks after the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13- Check the wounds every day for infection and keep them clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14- You should wear a girdle 24 hours a day for 6 weeks after the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15- To prevent the belly band from getting wet or skin irritation caused by it, it is better to put soft sterile gauze on the wounds and around the drains, if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16- Sunbathing causes darkening of the operation site. Please avoid sunbathing until it heals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"17\"><li>For 14 days after the operation, the head should be in a position of 30 degrees and put a pillow under the knees, you can sleep bent on the side.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>18- Avoid heavy activity, but absolute rest is not necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19- If the intensity of the pain increased abnormally instead of decreasing and it was accompanied by symptoms of fever, chills and severe redness and heat at the operation site, contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20- Drains are removed 5 to 8 days after the operation, depending on the amount of secretion. You can take a bath one day after the drains are removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21- Eating pineapple and celery juice is recommended to reduce bruising and swelling. You can also use seafood and fresh fruits. Please avoid eating heavy foods that lead to constipation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22- Your normal activities, including sexual activities, can take place 2 weeks after the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>23- It is normal to have pain after the operation, which responds to ordinary painkillers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24- You can start exercising one month after the operation, but heavy sports are not recommended until 4 months after the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25- Anti-scar creams are used as soon as the wound is completely healed (4 weeks after the operation).
