The patient’s hospitalization time may be time-consuming depending on the procedure and you may have to wait in the hospital lobby for some time. Therefore, we kindly ask you to help us provide the best possible service with your patience.

Dear clients, before visiting at the appointed time, bring one of the following documents with you:

Have at least one of the following documents to file a case:
Have a valid identification document, to file a case
Original national ID card
Original birth certificate
Passport
Have a supplementary insurance book of the contracting party with Mir Hosseini Hospital
Introduction letter from the insurance company contracting party with Mir Hosseini Hospital
Required documents for hospitalization
Admission order from the attending physician
Have a valid identification document to complete the patient’s identity information in the admission program and file a case as mentioned above.
Have a patient’s supplementary insurance book, if they have a supplementary insurance book of the contracting party with Mir Hosseini Hospital
For patients in the gynecological ward and maternity block, it is mandatory to present a valid identification document with the patient (copy of the couple’s birth certificate and national ID card, as well as the home zip code).
Dear clients, please note that the only unit authorized to collect fees from the patient or the companion is the Mir Hosseini Hospital Fund Unit.
